Welcome to the web site of the North JC Neighborhood Association in Santa Rosa, CA. Bordered by the Santa Rosa Junior College to the south and Sonoma County administrative offices to the north, the North JC neighborhood includes a mix of residents, from seniors who have been in their homes since the area was developed in the 1950s to college students attending the JC. The neighborhood features easy access to downtown and HWY 101. The northern end of the neighborhood enjoys proximity to Steele Lane Park (adjoining Steele Lane Elementary School), while the southern side of the neighborhood has easy access to the beautiful and spacious campus of Santa Rosa Junior College. In addition to national retailers along Mendocino Avenue and Steele Lane, the neighborhood is home to independent shops including The Community Market, the Last Record Store and Video Droid.
